Teak & Danish cord dining chairs MK310 by Arne Hovmand-Olsen 1960s

A set of four teak dining chairs with paper cord seats in a classic design by Arne Hovmand-Olsen produced in the 1960s as Model MK310 by the firm of Mogens Kold, Denmark.

The chair backs have a gently curved ‘cow-horn’ form and the seats have the concave shape typical of Hovmand-Olsen’s designs for the company. The frames have been carefully cleaned and oiled and the seats have been rewoven with Danish cord following the original pattern. Very good restored condition with only minor marks and light signs of wear to the frames consistent with vintage.
