Dining chairs by Arne-Hovmand Olsen for Mogens Kold

A set of six Danish dining chairs with teak and afromosia frames and newly restored Danish cord seats.

Designed by Arne Hovmand-Olsen and produced by Mogens Kold in the late 1960s. The tapered legs and swept-back back posts are made of solid afromosia with flowing grain in shades from walnut to dark chocolate brown. The backrests are formed from bentwood laminated teak. All frames in very good original condition, cleaned and re-oiled and the seats have been fully restored and re-woven with Danish paper cord following the original pattern and method.
