Pair of Swedish teak nightstands by AB Carlström & Co Möbelfabrik

A set of two teak nightstands made in Sweden by AB Carlström & Co. Möbelfabrik in the early 1960s.

This design classic has a teak veneered drawer and shelf supported on angled, tapered beechwood legs fixed by chrome-plated brass screws.

The stands have been fully restored and re-oiled. There is a small veneer repair at the back of one of the tops (see photo) and one of the side panels is a little lighter in tone due to different exposure to daylight but this is not likely to be visible when in use and placed beside a bed.

The stands will be shipped disassembled for safety of transport.
