Teak dining table and 6 chair set ‘Roundette’ model designed by Hans Olsen and produced by Frem Røjle 1960s.

Compact circular dining set with a butterfly extension mechanism which expands from 4 to 6 places. In this iconic design the chairs fit seamlessly beneath the table when not in use forming a continuous band of beautifully grained wood. The extra chairs can be stacked when not in use. A stunning dining set perfect for use in any setting, particularly where space is at a premium.

The six triangular tripod chairs have frames made of solid afromosia in a light walnut tone with an upholstered back rail with a distinctive ebonised inlay detail at the sides. Black vinyl seats with no tears or damage.

The chairs are in good original condition with slight signs of wear expected for a vintage piece of this age. All joints are sound. The table has been restored and refinished with Danish oil. Some small marks and signs of wear consistent with age (see photo).
