Mogens Kold carver chairs MK213 by Arne Hovmand-Olsen
SOLD
A pair of teak carver chairs designed by Arne Hovmand-Olsen and manufactured in Denmark in the 1960s by Mogens Kold.
This model is the corresponding carver to match the MK212 dining chair with an undulating back similar to the Møller Model 71 though more rounded and organic. A distinctive detail of this design is the brass-plated metal link between the armrest and back post giving the impression of a suspended arm.
The papercord seats have been fully restored and rewoven in the original Mogens Kold pattern.
A set of four of the matching dining chairs without arms (MK212) is also available.
